  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm apple cider and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, sugar, butter, salt, egg, and cinnamon; mix until smooth.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread brown sugar and apples on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting; spread over warm rolls.
