Instructions

  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, then mix well.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in the diced apples and walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
