Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugars until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in the diced apples.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. In a small bowl, combine oats and nuts. Sprinkle over the batter.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
