A delicious combination of apple crisp and cheesecake in one dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of sliced apples
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the cinnamon apples over the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
