  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in ice water until dough forms.
  5. Press the dough into a greased baking pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  7. Spread the apple mixture over the crust.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
