Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Spoon apple mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the enchiladas.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
Notes
- Use any type of apples you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add nuts or raisins to the apple mixture.
