Description
A delicious twist on classic rice krispie treats with the flavor of apple pie.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Mix in cinnamon and diced apples.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies.
- Add caramel sauce and nuts, if using; mix well.
- Press mixture into a greased pan.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
- Feel free to add raisins or dried cranberries.
