Description

A delicious twist on classic rice krispie treats with the flavor of apple pie.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Mix in cinnamon and diced apples.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies.
  5. Add caramel sauce and nuts, if using; mix well.
  6. Press mixture into a greased pan.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
