Delicious apple pie truffles that combine the flavors of apple pie in a bite-sized treat.

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dried apples
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, apple sauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix in the chopped dried apples and softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Place the rolled truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Return the truffles to the baking sheet and let the chocolate set.
- Optionally, sprinkle with additional cinnamon before the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- For a variation, consider adding a caramel drizzle on top.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
