Description
A simple and flavorful Asian chicken dish prepared in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, honey, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired heat level.
