Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, honey, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
