Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2–3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- Add bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
- Season with salt and serve hot.

- Adjust chili sauce according to your spice preference.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Can add vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
