Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  5. Add bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Season with salt and serve hot.
