Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
- You can add mustard or Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
