- 400g spaghetti
- 200g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in canned tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
