Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Add the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Using a melon baller or your hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  7. Dust the truffles with cocoa powder or roll in chopped nuts/sprinkles.
  8. Place the truffles in a refrigerator to set for an additional 30 minutes.
