Baked Brie for Thanksgiving is a warm and gooey cheese dish perfect for your holiday table.

- 1 round Brie cheese (8 ounces)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
- Spoon the mixture on top of the Brie.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie and seal the edges.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- For a sweeter option, add honey on top.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
