Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
  5. Spoon the mixture on top of the Brie.
  6. Fold the pastry over the Brie and seal the edges.
