Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
