- 1 whole Camembert cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place it in a small baking dish.
- Make small slits in the top of the cheese and insert the garlic slices and rosemary.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and bubbling.
- Serve warm with baguette or crackers.

- For added flavor, you can include honey or nuts on top before baking.
