- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, skin side up, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the spice mix.
- Serve with roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
- Chicken breasts can be used instead, adjust cooking time to 20-25 minutes.
