Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Place a portion of the filling in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  6. Place the chimichangas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
