Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crunchy.
- If using, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
