Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
- Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce. Heat until warm.
- Drizzle the honey mixture over the baked chicken.
