Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper.

- Dip each round in the beaten egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated cheese rounds on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the rounds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or salad.
