Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch kale, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For variations, try adding nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor or cayenne pepper for heat.
