- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato slices in the oil mixture.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the slices.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
