Healthy banana oat breakfast bars that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in rolled oats until fully combined.
- Add nuts and chocolate chips if using.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
