Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Stir in rolled oats until fully combined.
  5. Add nuts and chocolate chips if using.
  6. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
