Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, milk, honey, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas.
- Mix until combined.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into muffin liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy.

- These muffins freeze well.
