Instructions

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add oats, milk, honey, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold in walnuts if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into muffin liners in a muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
