A rich and creamy banana pudding cheesecake that combines the flavors of classic banana pudding with the texture of cheesecake.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Banana slices for garnish
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract, eggs, and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth. Add lemon juice and mix.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with banana slices and whipped cream.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use ripe bananas.
- You can substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust for a different twist.
- Add a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra sweetness.
