- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra hot sauce if desired.
