- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in buttermilk again, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, drizzling with bang bang sauce, and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
