Description
A delicious dessert made with bananas, toffee, and cream on a biscuit base.
Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ripe bananas
- 300ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter and mix with the biscuit crumbs.
- Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish.
- Cook the condensed milk in a saucepan for about 1.5 hours until caramelized.
- Spread the caramel over the biscuit base.
- Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the caramel.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form and spread over the bananas.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder on top before serving.
Notes
- Chill the pie for a few hours before serving.
- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
