Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 hours.
- Steam the green beans until tender, then toss with almonds.
- Boil cauliflower until soft, then mash with butter and cheddar cheese.
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the turkey with green beans and mashed cauliflower.
