Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Heat milk and butter until warm, then add to dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Let circles rise for another 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, then fry doughnuts until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and cool slightly.
- Fill doughnuts with Bavarian cream using a piping bag.
