Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly on the flatbread.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and red onion slices.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
