Description
A quick and tasty beef stir fry served with rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
