  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  2. Seer the beef in a hot pan until browned on all sides.
  3. Cook mushrooms until moisture evaporates, then let cool.
  4. Spread pâté over the beef.
  5. Wrap beef in mushrooms and pastry.
