- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the tart shell in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Mix in lemon juice gently.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture into the cooled tart shell.
- Top with mixed berries evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Use fresh, ripe berries for best flavor.
- Can substitute cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
