Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
  4. Mix cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the first layer of potatoes.
  6. Add half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheeses.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
