Ingredients
Scale
- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Mix flour and water in a bowl. Let it autolyse for 30 minutes.
- Add sourdough starter and salt. Mix until combined.
- Bulk ferment for 4 hours, stretching and folding every hour.
- Divide the dough into 3 pieces and shape into baguettes.
- Let them proof for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Score the tops of the baguettes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Use a kitchen scale for accuracy.
- Ensure your sourdough starter is active.
- Allow the baguettes to cool before slicing.
