Ingredients
Scale
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 30ml olive oil
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) to taste
- Sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, sourdough starter, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let it rise for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
- Grease a baking tray with olive oil.
- Transfer the dough to the tray and stretch it to fit.
- Let it rest for another 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with herbs and sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing and serving.

- Use a strong sourdough starter for best results.
- Experiment with toppings like olives or cherry tomatoes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
