Instructions

  1. Mix flour, water, sourdough starter, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let it rise for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
  4. Grease a baking tray with olive oil.
  5. Transfer the dough to the tray and stretch it to fit.
  6. Let it rest for another 1-2 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  8. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with herbs and sea salt.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool before slicing and serving.
