This is the best spinach frittata ever, loaded with fresh spinach and eggs.

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Stir in spinach, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly browned.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
