Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add flour to the sausage and mix well.
  4. Gradually stir in milk, cooking until thickened.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Pour sausage gravy over the biscuits.
  8. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
