  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 34 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let cookies cool completely.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and water to make chocolate icing.
  10. Spread chocolate icing on half of each cookie.
  11. Mix remaining powdered sugar with water for vanilla icing.
  12. Spread vanilla icing on the other half of each cookie.
