Delicious blackberry cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Heat milk and butter until warm, then add to dry ingredients.
- Add egg and mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and spread blackberries evenly.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over blackberries.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen blackberries.
- Rolls are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
