Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Heat milk and butter until warm, then add to dry ingredients.
  3. Add egg and mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  5. Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread blackberries evenly.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon over blackberries.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make glaze.
  12. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
