  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (for juice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the mahi mahi fillets evenly with the spice mixture.
