Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. In a blender, add cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, sour cream, powdered sugar, and milk.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
