This recipe combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake in a delicious bar form made in a blender.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a blender, add cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, sour cream, powdered sugar, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother blend.
- Chill the bars overnight for best results.
- Top with whipped cream and extra cinnamon if desired.
