Description

A fresh and tasty BLT pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
