Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together sugar, cream cheese, and butter until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
