A refreshing blueberry lavender lemonade perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried lavender
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Slices of lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, sugar, and dried lavender. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
  4. Add lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well.
  5. Add fresh blueberries and mash slightly for flavor.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
