Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk almond milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Gently fold in blueberries and lavender.
- Fill madeleine molds and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
- Adjust lavender amount based on preference.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
