  • 1/4 cup flour (for streusel)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for streusel)
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter (for streusel)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for streusel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  4. Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. For the streusel, mix flour, brown sugar, cold butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet.
  9. Sprinkle streusel topping on each cookie.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  11. Let cool before serving.
