Description
A refreshing and fruity dessert made with fresh blueberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add blueberries and lemon juice to the saucepan.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until blueberries are soft.
- Cool the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
