Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add blueberries and lemon juice to the saucepan.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes until blueberries are soft.
  4. Cool the mixture and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  6. Scoop and serve chilled.
